Return Policy

At Saja Bride International Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products, we adhere to a strict return and exchange policy that safeguards your rights while fully complying with the public health and safety standards of the United Arab Emirates.


1. Eligibility Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.


2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
For health, hygiene, and public safety reasons, a product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it meets the following criteria:
The product must be in its absolute original condition as delivered.
The original packaging must be completely sealed, unopened, and its safety seal or plastic wrap must be entirely intact and untampered with.
The product must not have been used, tested, or sampled in any manner.
The original purchase invoice or official order confirmation must be provided.


3. Exceptional Cases (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective due to shipping, or completely different from the item you ordered, we will gladly exchange it or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
In such events, our customer service team must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.


4. Shipping and Delivery Charges
If the return or exchange is due to personal preference (with no defect or fault in the product itself), the customer shall bear all shipping and return delivery costs to our warehouses.
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), our website shall cover all shipping, pickup, and redelivery expenses.


5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected to verify its safety and compliance with our conditions, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed exclusively to the original payment card or digital wallet used to make the purchase.
The refunded amount may take between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending entirely on the policy of your card-issuing bank.


6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Any products with broken safety seals, opened packaging, or items that have been used.
Products purchased during major promotional sales, clearances, or special marketing campaigns (unless a manufacturing defect is present).
